Delivery Returns Policy

At Amartz Foods and Beverages, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality frozen, instant, and international products. Due to the nature of our items—especially perishable and temperature-sensitive goods—our return and refund policies are designed to ensure safety, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

Return Policy

Due to food safety concerns, we do not accept returns on any food or beverage products once they have been delivered. However, we do offer replacements or refunds under the following conditions:

Eligible for Return/Replacement If:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • You received a damaged product.
  • The item is expired or spoilt upon delivery.
  • The packaging is tampered or broken at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Share clear photos or videos of the damaged/incorrect product via WhatsApp or email.
  • Ensure the item is unused and stored in a proper condition (especially for frozen items).

Refund Policy

If a product is found to be defective, unavailable, or wrongly delivered, we offer:

  • Full refund, or
  • Store credit, or
  • Replacement of the item (subject to availability)

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval. The mode of refund will be the same as the original mode of payment unless otherwise discussed.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • For frozen and perishable items, cancellation must be done within 30 Mins of placing the order.
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
